The main things you need to remember when you are taking action for weight loss is to know the basis of where your action is coming from: higher self vs ego.
I’ve always struggled around food if my desires are based on seeking external validation or from a place of fear vs when I genuinely care about myself and are from love.
Working on your patterns is so important and when you do that, action will feel natural, motivation will not be a thing anymore.
