The reason why emotional eating stops you from being able to lose weight is because the emotional eating is stuffing down a part of growth that needs to happen, a way of facing something or coping through discomfort.
Your hunger has been conditioned to triggers that aren’t genuine hunger.
Emotional eating is about comfort. To lose the weight you have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. It’s the same with any goal in life.
You fear discomfort because you already deny yourself from feeling comfort in other areas of your life, especially around accepting yourself.

“Hard” is just a perspective, it’s the mental energy and the emotions around what we are doing that is hard.
Finding the lesson and part of growth that is your universal assignment.
What to do when sticking to a program is hard, you don’t trust yourself to commit and when doing what you think is required feels hard.
There’s a part of you that doesn’t want to lose weight or be successful or have the money because of who you perceive yourself to be.
The problem isn’t what is required of you to lose weight or create the life you want, but the perception of it being “hard” or that you are not like the person that is already there, hence why you cannot get to where you want to be.
When you don’t want to let go of the idea of eating for comfort.
You have to CHOOSE to find what works for you. You have to CHOOSE to embody the version of yourself you want to be.

The answer to how meals per day you should be eating. Are the food rules in accordance to listening to your needs or needing a solution outside of yourself.
If you are eating every 2-3 hours only because that’s what’s you “should” be doing then your trigger to eat is no longer hunger, it’s time or another reason other than hunger.
