The ego says things that feel so real. Thought look like motivating thoughts on the surface but from a law of attraction perspective they are hindering you.
Situations come up for us to grow. We fall into a trap of believing that happiness comes from the thing that we want, weight loss, money, soulmate etc. but happiness is about learning to practice yourself into alignment because what we are searching for is just a feeling.
The momentary high of the weight loss feels good, but you expect this high to last forever, but when it doesn’t and you start feeling negative feelings again, then the weight comes back. You have to learn how to practice yourself into alignment so that you can overcome emotional eating and not gain the weight back.
The judgement, resentment, anger, self hate do not motivate you to lose weight, they only add to your appetite through emotional eating. The stores in your head are what sabotage your weight loss, which is why you gain the weight back.

What to do when you struggle with exercise but you want to lose weight. Repeating stories of your ego making you feel lazy or guilty around exercise.
We generally struggle around things that we “should” be doing, we then create this tension around that thing and we make it feel hard.
Forming a relationship with exercise that links exercise with weight loss can indirectly increase appetite.
Ways to view exercise that you can play around with that may help you get motivated.
If you hold a lot of shame and resentment around your weight it’s difficult to enjoy exercise if you view it as this thing that helps you lose weight.
Exercise is hard when it’s really emotionally charged because it’s linked into your self worth.
Emotional battle in your head, the worst thing you can do is get in an argument with your ego and come to the conclusion that you are a lazy piece of shit for not exercising.
Don’t associate exercise with being good or bad because if when you don’t exercise and you activate a story in your head that you are fat and lazy, you will get driven to eat mindlessly in front of the tv.

The key to long term weight loss is changing your behaviors around how you eat.
Beliefs that sabotage our weight loss like not wanting to leave food on the plate to not waste food.
My old identity around food was that dieting mentality where I was either perfect around food or letting loose around food and binge eating. All or nothing thinking and the cheat meal mentality.
A characteristics of a person that is naturally slim that doesn’t diet. Compensatory behaviors around food that sabotage your weight loss.
Your personality around food is not who you are. You can shift your identity around food no matter who you are.

Becoming a vibrational match to the person you want to be. We tend to want things like yesterday. The problem with wanting instant gratification and how it’s not a vibrational match to what you want.
Lack of patience means you view the journey as a struggle or hard and fear failure.
Find what it is about your current body or situation that you can’t handle.
You may have achieved an outcome quickly in the past and you are holding onto that euphoria you felt in doing that, but what you didn’t work on is your patience around roadblocks and dealing with those thoughts of failure.
Reframing failure to view it as a lesson. Lack of patience due to others succeeding and feeling like you lack something.
People don’t necessarily have an issue with losing weight but the issue is keeping it off.

The physiology of getting full and what happens to this when you lose weight. It’s science to get hungrier when you start losing weight so it’s not your fault that a meal that once made you feel full, no longer makes you feel full when you have lost weight.
How feeling guilty and mindless eating affects your ability to feel full. You have to enjoy eating and register that you are eating in order for the brain to register fullness.
A meal that once made you feel satisfied, when you lose weight it no longer makes you feel satisfied - I explain why this is happening. You feel so guilty around failing when you have to eat more food because you are hungrier.
Guilt is an opposing emotion to satisfaction and affects your ability to feel full. Letting go of the resistance when you are having a plateau with weight loss by having faith that you are on the right path.

Easing into being consistent or changing the way you eat is about using manifestation to change your perceptions and habits.
Allow yourself to be where you are now, the pushing energy around forcing yourself to eat a certain way ALWAYS has a rebound effect. Shift the energy around what you currently do so you can build energy around feeling trust with your body and then you can change the way you eat.
You can’t find the solution to your weight loss in a fixing energy.
